This was an entry I did with Designer Pool 3 and the DDRG at Heerim for the competition for the headquarters of the Korean Electric Power Company.
The focus for the project was to create a unique solution of efficiency, sustainability, and landmark. The DDRG was responsible for the skin of the main tower. We designed a load bearing modular cast concrete system that minimized summer solar radiation, while responding to programmatic constraints and Korean public building glazing ratio restrictions.
